Found this quick video about how to make a bento. I’m sure many of you have tried a bento box before at your local Japanese restaurant or favorite sushi spot. Often a restaurant style Bento Box will consist of salad, rice, tempura, and some sushi pieces, tamago ( sweet egg), a sushi roll, or teriyaki chicken - all for just about $10. I know, its a wicked good deal ! But what if you could make an authentic style bento box from the comfort of your own home, and make all your co-workers jealous when you open up your homemade bento box lunch ?
