Japan Remembers Micheal Jackson - King of Pop dead at 50

The legendary performer has died at the age of 50 (1958-2008 ) after a cardiac arrest today in a Los Angeles Hospital. He was most recently in the news for a troubled attempt at a comeback. Fifty sold-out concerts in London were slated to begin on July 13, aimed at rescuing Jackson from the massive debt he’d accumulated during a lengthy hiatus from recording and performing.
Let’s celebrate his life and reflect on some of the memories Japan has of the cultural icon. From tours, commercials, and visits to the Smap Smap set, Micheal will be greatly missed in Japan:
