Fashion magazine Vogue Nippon held its Women of the Year and Decade awards ceremony honoring celebrity women of distinction. It’s a bit surprising Amuro Namie is not in the list, considering her strong comeback the past few years and her ongoing influence on the wide range of women in Japan - nonetheless, there are some outstanding celebs in the list.
